Riya Bajaj is a Graduate Research Assistant and a Team Leader at the University of Georgia's CyberArch program. Currently residing in Athens, GA, Riya is originally from Kanpur, India. She is pursuing her Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Georgia and has a strong background in data analysis with experience at companies such as FedEx and Cognizant. At CyberArch, Riya has been instrumental in developing processes for assessing and improving cybersecurity postures for partner organizations. Through her work, Riya has developed expertise in creating data dashboards, automating report generation, and building predictive models to drive business decisions. She has also mentored peers. Passionate about the impact of data on decision-making and cybersecurity, Riya is driven to leverage her analytical expertise to help organizations make data-driven decisions, strengthen their cybersecurity frameworks, and foster innovation.
