Tarun Sai Damarla is an intern at the University of Georgia’s CyberArch Program. Originally from Hyderabad, India, Tarun now resides in Athens, GA, where he is pursuing his Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Privacy. With a robust background in threat hunting and incident response from his previous role as a security analyst, Tarun brings his valuable experience to the CyberArch team. His commitment to digital security and his interest in safeguarding community well-being have led him to focus his research on electric vehicle (EV) security. His research on electric vehicle (EV) security underscores his dedication to addressing emerging cybersecurity challenges and protecting technological innovations. In addition to his academic and professional pursuits, Tarun is an active member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), where he continues to contribute to the cybersecurity community.
